Vermont’s Long Trail
In 1910, 23 people gathered to form the Green Mountain Club. Their goal was to construct a trail over the Green Mountains the entire length of Vermont. Completed by 1930 from the Massachusetts border to Journey's End at the Canadian border, the Long Trail is 270 miles long and has 70 miles of side trails. Learn More
